Kuwait Energy Company entrusted CAMCE with the execution of civil works for wells within CPF Field, Block 9. The project, carried out in collaboration with Al-Rawad Al-Watan partnership, involved Subcontract works over an 8-month period in 2023. the scope of work included installing 6 wells with a coverage of 300,000 square meters using Geo-textile for two layers at each of the 6 sites, followed by a Geo-membrane liner and a 15 cm thick layer of gravel. Additionally, the project encompassed the casting and installation of 700 units of 3.4-meter-high T-Walls, pipe excavation, security trench digging, and the erection of 4,000 meters of BRC fencing.Commencing in March 2023 and concluding in September 2023, the project involved the meticulous supply of 80,000 m³ of gravel and the expert installation of 533,000 m² of HDPE liner across six pits.
Concrete Works:
Al-Halbouni Company played a decisive role in implementing concrete works independently or in partnership with other companies such as Al-Yamamah, Al Esnad Engineering Company, Al Arabia Industries Company and others at various oil field sites, most notably in the Majnoon field and Block 9 . They have completed large quantities of concrete foundations for tanks, columns, T-WALL blocks, manholes, steel structure foundations, pipeline sleepers supports and mechanical and electrical equipment foundations. This collaboration highlights their expertise in providing high-quality construction solutions tailored to the specific needs of the oil and gas industry, contributing significantly to infrastructure development and operational reliability in the region.
Construction of Berth No. 16-B at Khor Al Zubair – Umm Qasr Port

The Basra Ports Authority awarded a contract to Al-Yamama Engineering Company for the construction of Berth No. 16-B at Khor Al Zubair – Umm Qasr Port. The project, which commenced in 2020 and spanned over a period of 6 months, involved Subcontract works primarily focusing on the establishment of a loading berth. The scope of work included extensive excavation totaling 72,000 cubic meters, followed by leveling and backfilling using specified fill material.
Expand and fortify the Sadr Al-Daghara Canal
In collaboration with Al-Faw Irrigation Company, Al Halbona Co. undertook a year-long project starting March 2024 to expand and fortify the Sadr Al-Daghara Canal in Al-Daghara district, Al-Diwaniyah Governorate. The project involved excavating and widening 22,000 cubic meters of canal and installing 25,000 square meters of 30cm thick stone cladding along both banks. This initiative enhances water flow capacity and reinforces structural integrity, showcasing our commitment to sustainable infrastructure development and quality project delivery.
Steel Structure:
Production of thousands of tons of iron structures in a specialized Owned workshop located in Basra’s industrial zone. These structures are manufactured either through collaborations with contractors or directly supplied and installed for projects contracted by Al-Halbona Company. The workshop, equipped with modern facilities and operated by skilled professionals, meets the region’s demand for high-quality iron structures. This operation contributes significantly to Basra’s industrial development and emphasizes future plans for capacity expansion to meet evolving market needs.
Construction of Two 5000 m3 Tanks at Basrah Gas Company

Arab Industries Company undertook the construction project for Basrah Gas Company to install two 5000 m3 capacity iron tanks. The project, classified as secondary works, spanned a period of 5 months in 2022 and incurred costs totaling $570,000. The installation process involved utilizing hydraulic jacks for the placement of each tank, ensuring efficient and precise assembly according to project specifications.
Construction of Earthen Dam within Majnoon Field
